He Will Hold Your Hand — Isaiah 41:13
Fear has a way of making the future feel lonely.
We look at what might happen.
We consider what could go wrong.
And suddenly it feels as though everything depends upon our ability to handle whatever comes next.
Isaiah 41:13 gives us a very different picture:
Isaiah 41:13
“For I, the LORD your God, will hold your right hand, saying to you, ‘Don’t be afraid. I will help you.’”

Reflection / Encouragement
God does not merely tell his people not to fear.
He gives them a reason.
He is holding their hand.
There is something deeply personal in that image.
God is not portrayed as watching from a distance while we struggle forward alone.
He is close.
He takes hold of us.
And then he speaks:
“Don’t be afraid.”
Those words are followed immediately by a promise:
“I will help you.”
The promise does not mean that every difficult circumstance disappears.
It means that whatever we face does not have to be faced without God.
There may still be decisions to make.
There may still be uncertain steps ahead.
There may still be things we cannot control.
But none of those things changes who is walking with us.
If fear begins to rise today, picture the promise of this verse.
God holding your hand.
God speaking peace into your fear.
God saying:
“I will help you.”
You may not know every step ahead.
A Quiet Moment
If something ahead of you feels uncertain today, take a quiet moment to remember whose hand is holding yours.
